Christmas Fruit Cakes

Yup, it's January now and I did forget to posting these pictures.

One of the favorite cakes during Christmas Season 2009.

Triple Choco Caramel Cake decorated with Chocolate Ganache and Fresh Whipped Cream. Finished with full of assorted fresh fruits as its cover and christmas theme chocolate.

Vanilla Sponge Cake with fresh mandarin orange filling. Full decorated with the Fresh Whipped Cream, assorted fresh fruits and roasted almond in slices.
